Dr. Joseph Lancaster explains his approach, Gnostic Pneumatherapy. David Fagan here, and I am really excited to be introducing Dr Lancaster, Dr Lancaster, it has been an honor to kind of being a publisher of yours, a publicist of yours a fan of yours and uh when I get these opportunities to talk to you, I think oh my goodness, I got to get this shared this way like I benefit from the stories I hear from you, and I benefit from the things that you’re telling me and teaching me, and of course, I’m thinking everybody needs to hear this so here we are we got you in front of a the camera here just to kind of share some of the insights that you’ve given to me but first and foremost, as a therapist as somebody practicing and helping and serving others, uh you know you have somewhat of a unique approach and you might even call it an agnostic approach you might even throw some other big words in there as well but help people understand what it means to practice uh as an agnostic therapist or agnostic therapy well, first of all, it’s not agnostic; it’s gnostic so so agnostic means not knowing gnostic means knowing right so there’s a sign not an agent and we’re kind of having some fun here with you, I’m helping you sort of uh exaggerate some things so everybody knows so in the gnostic therapy teachings talk to us about what that is what might you do that another a therapist wouldn’t do because of your style of going about it quick question well for one my kind of therapy through the gnostic tradition and carl Jung’s work as well is more based on the deeper psychodynamics of reality and even beyond that past the universe so the fruition of that is through dreams and visions where that greater light comes through let’s say when you’re sleeping at nighttime or you’re having a vision of some sort because you’re very focused on a mandala or in some other way there is self-discovery that’s made to that process of that wow experience wow, the angel just came to me and talked to me, for example, yeah, so if I’m simplifying your brilliance, I come into you and I want to talk to you. You are somebody that’s going to get into what are some of the imagination what are some of the dreams, what are some of the thoughts and helping people explore what those might mean it could mean and probably mean for their life because as the old saying goes life is but a dream so, for example, I may ask a patient or an initiate so what have your dreams been lately oh, I’m having these nightmares, etc., etc well, what is a nightmare is a dream of anxiety now, so why are you having this dream now oh, cause I’m going through a lot of anxiety in my daily life you see, so life is but a dream yeah yeah you’re listening to Dr Lancaster someone’s been featured in the Los Angeles tribune as well as other media sources a published author with another book is coming out soon; what is the name of that book gnostic pneumotherapy gnostic pneumatherapy okay so pneumotherapy what kind of therapy is that it’s all greek pneuma we often may think of as air but the divine has a nature like the air that we breathe and so it also means spiritual, so it’s a spiritual therapy from that love the tradition of Gnosticism like Buddhism so another angle to your therapy your approach to helping people and serving people could involve the divine; it could involve god could involve you know you could help somebody who’s an atheist or anything like that, but your approach is approached more of spirituality and god and the divine and that uh where you’re coming from right for the sake of self-discovery for the sake of self-discovery for the sake of self-discovery, if you want to discover more about yourself you want to find the best version of you you can do that with Dr Lancaster, you’re in the the right place if you want more of him there are many things we’ll put up on the screen and share with you but Dr Lancaster is the professional and dare I say, friend, you kind of become a friend, I mean, you know, as being a the therapist, you got to be kind of careful I guess you know where those lines are being friendly and being friends but you know I can see your approach as being someone of really being on their side helping them absolutely yes as a mentor as a teacher someone who helps the person to help themselves have that stimulation that intuition to hidden realities that become apparent to them and help them in ways they’ve never had before; yeah, okay, great thank you, Dr Lancaster, more real soon
